SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing


All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays and periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times


Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped via USPS Economy shipping.


Estimated transit time is typically 3–5 business days within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address


Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. GAT Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at gatappareltx@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your order before it enters production.


Lost or Delayed Packages


Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at gatappareltx@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at gatappareltx@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
