RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At GAT Apparel, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, or orders placed by mistake. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at gatappareltx@gmail.com.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and the defect or incorrect product

We will review your claim with our production partner. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Items ordered in the wrong size

• Items ordered in the wrong color

• Orders placed by mistake

• Buyer's remorse

• Custom or personalized products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item qualifies due to a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will replace the item at no cost.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as required by applicable law. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been approved.
